THE BEGINNING

Earthsource Engineering is a full-service Civil Engineering Design firm located at 962 Houston Northcutt Boulevard, Suite 200 in Mount Pleasant, SC. Earthsource is a Veteran Owned Small Business with LEED-accredited professionals at its forefront. Earthsource Engineering was established in 1996 but has been operating in its current ownership structure since March 2001 when Kevin Berry purchased the company. Kevin has been with the company since its conception in 1996 which has allowed him to form many lasting relationships with business professionals and municipalities in the area over the years. Earthsource has worked closely with the City of Charleston, Charleston County, the Town of Mount Pleasant, Berkeley County, Dorchester County, and the City of North Charleston.

FULL SERVICE

Through years of service, Earthsource Engineering has become extremely proficient in all spectrums of Civil Design work. This includes commercial design, residential design, site investigation, preparation and execution of construction cost estimates, preparation of drainage studies, preparation of utility design plans, layout plans, grading, and drainage plans. As a Veteran Owned Small Business, Earthsource Engineering prides itself in giving complete attention to detail and excellent customer service to each of its clients in a timely manner.

LICENSED

Earthsource has a dedicated staff, with a commitment to customer service. We have four licensed Engineers on staff, Kevin M. Berry P.E. is registered in SC and serves as the Senior Engineer. Giles N. Branch P.E. is registered in SC and serves as the Engineering Manager for the office, Vince Sottile, P.E. is registered in SC and serves as a Project Manager, and Thomas Martin, P.E. is registered in SC and serves as a Project Manager. We also have three certified SWPP inspectors on staff. With over 22 years combined experience in both design and construction, they have utilized their knowledge to ensure many successful project completions throughout the area.
